The DSNVG Monocular is available for sale under the following terms and conditions
The DSNVG uses advanced military technology to give the end user an extreme advantage over
all other nv optics, thus is strictly regulated under contract by Wolverine Technologies LLC, and
ITT, we simply cannot afford to let this technology slip outside of the US borders where it could be
used to cause harm to our warfighters, or civilians
1. The unit is for sale to Law Enforcement agencies, federal, and state law enforcement agencies
2. The unit is available to Military units and US Military organizations
3. The unit is Not for sale to civilian entities
4. The unit is Not able to be shipped outside of the US for any reason
5. Multi Unit discounts are available
6. We reserve the right to cancell a sale, or refuse a sale if we feel that an illegal export attempt is
under way
Upon ordering a DSNVG you will be required to make a deposit, the unit MUST be paid in full
before it will ship, we prefer cashiers checks and money orders, as well as department checks,
other pmt arrangements can be made in advance of a purchase
7. These units are expensive, and cannot be sent back to the manufacturer because of "buyers
remorse" if a DSNVG is returned there will be a 20% restocking fee, this is a non refundable fee
8. The purchaser will be required as a condition of sale to fill out a provided EUA, End Use
Agreement, this will allow us to track the chain of custody from the manufacturer all the way down
to the end user, this will make it very easy to track each unit to the end user
